Who is a Bullet Journal Good For?Īnyone can use a bullet journal. It can also be used for mental health related ideas and writing down any goals you might have, whether it be current goals or future goals. It’s about how it makes you feel and it’s an outlet for you to get creative by colouring or doing bullet journal doodles. The purpose of it is to direct you towards things that matter to you.
